I like the Jap style nature based art. (or it looks like that)

^It's acceptable as japanese art style in my opinion since the eyes are big and shiny and the proportions came from chibi drawings but slightly modified to give it a somewhat of a unique taste. The use of an animal than a human though is more of an artist choice and is rarely seen on chibis.
