Indeed. I did say minimum turn-ins a day though. Maybe have it as a little quest chain after it's turned in x times to promote the exploration? So, once one place is maxed, then it goes to another area... Or, once one is turned in, it randomizes the next one. Kinda like how the easter quest is, only it will include all the possible maps that you can access, or are reasonable for your level.
