Imagine if I wanted to get coffee from the local Starbucks, but it moved down the street overnight! Can you really expect to run a healthy business like that? What is he trying to accomplish here?
People need stability in this chaotic world of ours, and this is just not how you treat valued customers, especially in a recession.
