Problems installing

Howdy ya'll, newbie to the server here.

I recently downloaded the 100531 full installer + BGM and was greeted with 11FD and 21FC ( or something) whenever my installer hit about ~15%. After browsing the forums for a bit I read that it was just a corrupted download. So I tried, again and again, with the same luck. Then I tried downloading with a different browser, same set of errors.

After having no luck with that version of the full install I downloaded 100531 full installer without the BGM pack and now it is just telling me I don't have enough space on my computer, which isn't the problem.

Could anyone please direct me in the right path? Thanks.

Full installer on the site here needs way updating these days, so go the other route.

Get the newest one of these.

Get the mini installer from the heRO site.

Install Mini installer into the same folder.
Patch heRO.

God damn those file sites are vicious with their downloads!


New Update: Everything downloaded and patched, starting up my heRO patcher patches it fine but then starting the game leaves me with a VERY, VERRRRRRRRY small window (big enough to fit the minimize, maximize, and exit out window buttons, maximize is grayed out). Uninstalling everything and trying again.

Starting heRO now gives me this error:
