Regular muspel is announced 15 minutes in advance.

And/Or the people *hosting* mini-muspel could just tell everyone the event's beginning in a few minutes, that'd work too.

Well, the only source player can do that is main. And with my experience half of people that could go to muspel will probably have main off, so i'd say more time + yellow text :D
