Could it be that your Ragnarok is not updated enough?

Check the size of your sdata.grf, should be well over 1 gig.

Can you post a screenshot showing your RO folder?

The 2nd one is what I need, thanks. Don't worry about bothering, we'll help you get set up so you can play ^_^ (once it works please just don't mess with it hehe)

It seems you are missing all the RO files actually, so either you don't have ragnarok/sakray or they are in a different folder.

If you cannot find the folder with all the RO files (should have sdata.grf among other things) I recommend you download the full installer, it's a long download but it should work well.
