Glad someone understood the motivation behind the valk shield nerf that we had before. But people complained and now we are like official (x3 rate of course) ^_^;

Point is, when we change things people argue that it's not like official, likewise when people want something changed we pull the official excuse

I don't know at all how the dropping items work, but I can tell you its working as intended by eA who emulate RO, unmodified by us.

I always assumed valk drops were nerfed because valk didn't have EQ yet.

Valk Shield was on mini-valk who never will have EQ =O

But either way, it's back to 15% now so no matter.

Which is why I never understood the nerfing of valk shields while I did understand why you would nerf Randgris drops.
