You need more gems for that one!!!
I'll eventually remake another tourny once I change job and get my saturdays back. So like ayu said, rules for the big tournys will always depend on the format... novice tournament anyone?

a question, so since every time I 'try' to host a daily on-the-spot pvp related thing, I've always met with the problem of "bad day choice" or "bad time."
Enlighten me, what is a "good day" or "good time" throughout a regular day in a regular week (note: not wednesday and thursday I'm busy on those two days)
Put a poll up on the forums and vote?
Highest one is the day we do it on?
The first lesseon a revolutionary must learn is that he is a doomed man. Unless he understands this, he does not grasp the essential meaning of his life.
And thus he isn't a revolutionary if he doesn't understand.
Doing it by announcement in advance wouldn't really be the same u_u cause that means I'll be tied down (which isn't always nice) instead of seeing that I have free time in my schedule so I can do a daily event of some kind for the server, just that instead of being novice events or non-novice events, we'll have pvp types too~
But then if the only way to hold pvp is to do it by announcement in advance tourney style, guess we have to =/
Friday does sound good, there's more people online than most weekdays, late in server time so it accommodates PST people too and you should have enough people.
A lot of the people who PvP don't like PvP events (or events in general). It may not always be a 'bad time' or 'bad day' but more an issue of overcoming the fact that almost every PvP event to date has failed miserably and people don't really want to waste their time (or catalysts) if they think it's not going to be fun. Although, that's exactly why this thread was made so that people will have input on the event and hopefully overcome that.
