Lutia Additions:
- The quest to culminate the Lutia Region story line can now be started from Kaldheim. It is character bound, requires 400 reputation points and will reward a headgear, among other things. Don't put off questing for later, however, as there's not much time left before Lutia disappears!
- 3 allegiance quests, one for each allegiance (Neutral included) can be started somewhere in the Lutia Region if you have 1,000 reputation points. Each will reward a slotted headgear only usable by players of the corresponding allegiance.
- Added an NPC in Kaldheim to tell you how many reputation points you have. He's just a short walk east of the warpers.
- Added a special prize to an NPC somewhere in Lutia for people who obtain the maximum amount of reputation points (2,000).
- Added a small side quest that starts in The Great Library and involves finding a lost book.
- Added an NPC in The Great Library that trades a book found in the final Lutia Quest for reputation and an item.
Lutia Changes:
- Some Lutia NPCs have moved from their original locations, proceeding with their daily lives.
- Overhunting has caused some animal population to decrease.
- The restless ghost of a girl can now be found wandering somewhere in the region.
- Ice Queen MVP now drops past Christmas gears, and has had its HP reduced from 1.5 Mil to 1 Mil.
- Other quests have been updated slightly, mostly to fix bugs.
- Some quest's reputation rewards have been tweaked slightly (mostly increased).
- Kaldheim Arena difficulty has been decreased slightly.
- Lutie / Farsat / Kaldheim / Crystal Shore Kafra warp costs have been reduced from 2,500z to 1,500z. Reminder: The option to warp is still only available at 250 reputation points or more.
- Warper Boy's paperworks have finally come through, and he is now approved to offer a regular warp service.
- Kaldheim Warps have not yet been approved, but Warper Girl offers to unlock the warp for a cost of 50,000 zeny, for easy travel once Lutia's fully released in late 2017.
- Fixed a bug where Snowstorms didn't have a visual effect to indicate their location. It should now be visible every 5 seconds over the area of effect of the violent winds.
- Snowstorms should no longer affect you if you've (Spoilers ahead, highlight to see) found the Ice Queen's rod, The Icicle.
Malangdo:
- Malangdo Island is now accessible, talk to the sailor cats at Izlude, Alberta, or Beacon Island docks! Note: Quests will be released later on.
- Malangdo Dungeon can be accessed from the northwest part of town. It is a suitable location for low level characters (~30s).

Guild Dungeon F2 - Hall of The Abyss:

- Geffen Guild Dungeon F2 Mobs are no longer boss mode.
- Fixed discrepancies in mob names (IE Armor Bug was called Armored Bug in the dungeon, etc).
- Fixed issue with the Guild Dungeon F2 Promoter where the unlimited access option was not account bound. If you paid the 1 Mil and didn't have access on other chars, just talk to the promoter on the character that paid the mil to fix it.
- Reminder: The Hall of The Abyss Guild Dungeons will remain accessible to non-castle owners for at least a week. Afterward, it'll be accessible only to castle owners.
Other Changes:
- Added the following Novice Custom Items to the BG Shop: Valorous Novice Staff,
Glorious Novice Wand, Glorious Novice Battle Staff, and Novice Medal of Honor.

Yay, another Garr and Ciar reboot that didn't end in a horrific explosion!
