A song I wrote- "My Angel"

I don't know... much, I take a long time to analyze poems/songs, and am usually wrong. However, I'm taking a wild swing at it.

I saw it from the female point of view.
It seemed based on teen pregnancy. The girl was a drug user, and wanted, as Silk suggested ((very cleverly and it fit the poem quite well)), to commit suicide, with painkillers ((I've heard you inject some...? Sorry, not up to date on drugging methods... Haven't studied the matter in ages.))

Taken to the hospital, her parents find out, the doctor(s) inject more painkillers ((yes it has happened where I am from >>;; Doctors worry about the child inside, not the person with it.)), and the baby is aborted. However, she dies of an overdose. The angel that guides her is her child, murdered, but still loving of his/her mother.

Again, a wild guess, but hopefully it fits...?
