While I enjoy your dedication to authenticity, I would like to point out that there aren't two reflect chances listed in the description.

Unless, of course, I've missed something totally obvious, like the chance to reflect 3% physical damage being 100%, which would mean your reflect chance for physical at +7 would actually be reduced to 6%.
