I remember when swearing and speaking anything other than English on Main weren't allowed. Every time I log in, I see someone say something in Spanish, French, or Portuguese (I think that was the third one) and someone say at least 1 swear word (over the course of a 5 or so minute cycle)

Even made a comment about foreign languages in main and got a reply from someone through whisper saying "Shut up".

All the rules should be written out in black and white so we know exactly what is and isn't allowed. What's the point in having rules when you don't lay them down for everyone to be aware of them.
