Password Change Procedure

You can use the control panel to change your password

If the CP (control panel) is not working for you and you still want to change your password or you forgot your password, then please send a Support Ticket, we will check your information and will need the following information:

- Your login name (not your character name, unless it's the same)
- Your email (the one associated with your account)
- Your current password
- The new password you want

Make sure you include those 4 items. A GM will confirm the password change with you. Once he/she sends the request, the database will be checked, if the email does not match, the password change will be denied.

For people who have created accounts recently with the _M/_F method, you don't have an email associated with your account, just mention that it's an account created with the new method.

If you don't remember your password, mention it in the request, add all the information you can remember and expect a delay
