I done broked the Kier Heil quest.

Well, I won't have time to round up the troops for a few days, but I have a couple questions for clarification. When I talked to him after killing him the second time, the gist of the convo was this:

You think you've won but you haven't, I have more tricks. Blarg, a power-disrupting thingamajig! Ha-ha! I have another ace up my sleeve! *spoiler-thing about his secret plan* I know my father sent you here to bring back this ring, so take it to him. And tell him I'm no longer his son! Meanwhile I'm going to blow up the joint, see you in hell (if I make it there)! *klaxons and self-destruct messages and portal to the outside*

It is at this point that I have to talk to him again to get the ring, yes? If so, then I'll be more thorough next time.

As an aside, that's the lamest explosion ever, it just kicks you out of the zone where the portal would have taken you anyway.
