Aries created another account to do it, and then deleted the character afterwards, he must have thought that would make it safe and that we would not be able to trace him. Sure the responsibility is partly Amil's and he got all his accounts + IP ban + not allowed back treatment for it, while aries, death note and the other one who's name I forget got 1 account banned each.
