A challenge for heRO's guilds!

I have a suggestion because this quest is close to impossible for almost all guilds, so I only see maybe two or three guilds being able to complete it and getting the rewards, which to be honest isn't really fair. Although I don't know the rewards for completing the quest, so this is a bit speculative.

So I suggest that there be some small rewards for every completed step of the quest. That way, guilds will still have some incentive to do it until they reach the "impossible" step, while still having fun as a group, which should be the purpose of the quest.
Example rewards could be, for instance: 10 Giftboxes for completing step 1, 10 OBB for step 2, 10 OPB for step 3, 10 gold for step 4, 1 OCA for step 5, and etc., getting better in rewards as the steps get harder. The rewards should be somewhat splittable among guildmates, hence 10 of an item, or 1 valuable item.
