yeah seph, just pm aki or panda and they'll take care of you. currently you can't access the test server, but if you can do coding/scripting or spriting then that kind of help is still appreciated as well.
as far as the command goes, i think it's already established by eA, but not necessarily standard to a server's code. it would probably have to be added in, though i would like to take a look at the @whosells code itself and see if i can't modify it to level the playing field so to speak, or otherwise just make it so it doesn't show prices, just the item you're looking for and maybe another tweak or two depending on how @whosells works.
