ive seen somthing similar to this done on a different server i think it was called "night of the eclipse where all the monsters on the map north of pront was turned into some roid raging lunatics with about 30k hp each and alot of atk they had a special eclipse hat ( lunatic hat dyed blue btw) the server sucked but the event was alright.
