No, no it doesn't. Gravity is a company, and they have to make executive decisions about their game. Since you obviously have the skill required to be able to determine that their devs are acting stupid, you can explain why.

Ro 2 Failure, they could have just revamped ro 1 and added vector cell shade graphics like secret of solstice.

Devs don't get to make those choices in a company. That's up to the directers, producers/designers and excutives.
Devs make what they are told to make, just like any other job.


As for a graphics revamp:
Also has nothing to do with devs. That's a artist area, and, most times out of 100, a player stops playing a game because they are bored of the content, rather than bored of the graphics.
The Wii, for one, demonstrates this. Graphics really aren't close to the best, but the content available keeps them selling.

You should put it on a more stable surface... You will save yourself a lot of money that way...
