Just look for any character running around with an "Arch Angel" title...or Hayate since that character is currently on the guild 50% tax title.

A little late to be sticking my head here (I did earlier but didn't reply much after the first post), but Death Dealers might be the guild for you.??I guess I should go over what you are looking for and how we are able to suit you as a guild :D

Worry You Gotta Grind All The Time?...??Don't, we believe you should train and get strong and as long as the pace is reasonable for the amount of time you spend online then you should be fine.

Experienced Players?... Oh yah, Death Dealers is one of the oldest guilds on the server that is still active, with several veteran players.??

Helpful?...??I like to think we are, if you got questions and someone else is on in guild they should be able to hopefully help you with any questions you have from heRO customs to quest help to "where the heck do I level?" type questions.

Eventfulness?... When players are on we set up parties, there are no requirements to make you come, the only requirement we really have is to try making WoE when and where you can (preferably once a week but some members we understand have a hard time meeting this).??You are also welcome to try stirring up an event to party or do something else entirely with the group :]

Looking for friends?... Well darn, that's not hard in our guild, many describe us as a crazy weird family.??You're always welcome to join any of our discussions in our almost always active guild chat.??

Well I seem to have attracted both sides of the spectrum with both Angels and Death. XD Both sound lovely to be sure. I'll be sure to talk to both of you more in person once we get heRO back up and running. Is there any particular place I can meet Death Dealers?

GC/Heal Sader and I don't know what I want my pally to be. Lot of options. I have heal level 3 I think and GC 10 right now. Give me a priest with a lot of sp and I can mob Niffleheim till I trans or help me do nameless quest and I can go there too.
