Unfortunatly, RMS limits the number of characters that are allowed in the server description. We prefer to tantalise our futur players with what we have to offer. Our rules are available on the web site, on the forum and when you create a new char. The people who bot and/or macro are aware that they are breaking the rules without having to add another new warning in RMS or elsewhere.
