yea, if you haven't seen the episodes from the beginning you're really really not gonna understand anything. not even the recap they had a couple weeks ago could do enough justice to bring anyone up to speed on the show.

also, it would depend on where exactly you live as to what day the show airs. all that's really necessary to know is it is on ABC or you can go to ABC's website and watch it online if you can't make it the day it airs. they usually have the newest episode available to watch the day after it airs. at least it's the day after for me since the show airs on wednesday for me, and the new episode is online thursday morning when i wake up.

so, who do you think jacob is? you think it's someone we have already seen, or someone totally different?

i have a feeling it's richard, as he never ages at all, but i'm not entirely sure. i have no other basis other than that to support that theory.

The Jacob that asked John for help back in Season 3 was old as hell. Richard doesn't age so... If I had to guess, Jacob might be a powerless entity that the Others' leaders have been using to maintain the faith of the followers. Once upon a time, he used to have the power and wisdom to know what is best for the Island. However, now he has to step down so a better leader can take over.

We'll find out soon I guess..

i didn't think you could really see a face or anything though in that episode. i kinda remember a beard or something, but other than that, i am not entirely sure. but yea, gotta wait for next week's show, though i would imagine they'll make us wait at least 2 shows though

hey, the first episode of next season would be 2 shows from now right? but i really hope they don't do that, but knowing the writers they most certainly will leave a lovely cliffhanger to end the season.

Spoiler alert:
I read an article about the actor who'll play jacob next season, so we are gonna see him flesh and blood then, it might be part of a flashback however since he's younger, it's the actor who plays Rita's abusive (ex)husband on Dexter.

Nice ep this week, can't wait for next one the 2h finale but it's gonna be hell long after that.
