Just a list of some Skills that could be considered haxed when done right all I'm saying is a bow would be fun on a super novice.

Lol. None of these skills are "game ruining". They have their places and have their weaknesses each. If one class would have them all, then I would agree. But each class has only one of them. And as you can see you listed MOSTLY trans skills - and the SN is NO trans class at all. And I doubt there would be a way to manage a trans class for him. Start comparing him with the base jobs.
Apparently you want the SN to be a class which unites all strengths by giving him all the good stuffs of the first jobs. This is ridiculous stupid, a class without weaknesses isn't senseful at all.
Stop trying to justify that SN should get a bow since there is NO justification at all.

the only difference is that those skills can be countered, where if you had an SN with a bow and high int and high dex you've pretty much covered all your bases, and if physical damage isn't doing it, then magical will, and then what? it would literally take MvP cards for anyone to have a shot at killing you. GTB to nullify your magic, then you'd need cards to reduce damage against long range, or that would put up pneuma to prevent damage. while it may be possible to defend against one or two of the attack types, you can't defend against everything, especially at that speed.

Answer: No, it's not possible due to game restrictions. No sprites exist. If sprites WERE made it's highly unlikely panda would add them.
