In Kro and another server , it's increase movement speed , reduce casting time, increase aspd (decrease aspd in old hero's version).
And now , Increase casting time, decrease aspd, do not stack for another eqs increase movement ???

Actually, current RMS doesn't match up *any version*'s description. If you read previous comments in this thread, they have item script commands that are too advanced compare to most updated stable version, yet redundant/doesn't make sense for trunk... honestly not sure what database they are going on now x_x


EDIT: I researched a bit further about official RO for movement speed in case if it's eAthena doing crap. I can't find which update or when did official changed to this, but according to people answering their forum questions, a Nov 2008 forum question states:

"Speed potions don't stack with anything, but offer the highest speed (for a few seconds only). Badges and Boxes of Thunder don't stack with each other, or with Increase Agility. In fact, any item or card that says it increases your movement speed doesn't stack with Increase Agility. However, Increase Agility does stack with Peco Pecos, Improved Dodge (which makes Assassins walk slightly faster), and Cloaking near a wall."

I still have a problem about the skill. When I wear Myst Case Hat, I'm suppose to be able to use Mammonite LV3, but when I wear it, there's no Mammonite in my skill window. Is there any way to fix this? Thank you in advance.
