So, why did you choose 10/10/10 when it really doesn't address half the issues you raise with the post above?

To avoid the definition change of the server, something pandora would never accept. 10/10/10 still fits in the low rate category. By proposing "only 10/10/10 and a server wipe", I am doing a really big compromise.

How does it improve heRO's "health"? The server wipes, people who are on the fence about staying/leaving/quitting RO for good no longer have anything left to keep them around. They already know what heRO is like at end game, wiping it doesn't change it at all. It only forces people to go through the grind/quests yet again, something that you seemed adamant about avoiding.

Referring to my take on a server wipe. I stay on heRO mainly because of the people I've met here, not for all the custom content. Since wiping heRO would leave all players as if they had just joined, how is it any different than changing servers entirely? I know what heRO is like at end game, I know the stance most people take on casual PvP promotes empty pvp rooms; why wouldn't I look elsewhere?

So, the mere act of wiping the server and starting again suddenly causes WoE 2 to be implemented, along with battlegrounds, a complete change in the mentality of how people view PvP as well as adding in the SM maps? Ignoring the fact that the later two concepts in your list just don't work on heRO at all (for reasons outside the fact that they aren't implemented). We are talking about a wipe. You didn't mention anything about adding new content. Just a wipe. So, I maintain that a wipe, by itself, doesn't change anything.

Then stay away from any discussion on server wipes and only present your argument about raising rates. I don't want to discuss the concept of a wipe since it has been stated very clearly that it wont happen.
