Y'know what would motivate them? A little transparency.
There's no reason not to tell the players what they're going to go through all that trouble for. Most people won't blindly start doing a quest--let alone a difficult one that needs the help of 9 other people--unless they know what the point of it all is. There is a term for this, and it's called being a tease.

Regarding the difficulty of the quest. Yes, you need to have relatively good gears, and people who know what to do in a party. Not any random group of people can do it. Its supposed to be a fun challenge for guilds, not a run-trough-quickly-to-get-the-reward quest. And from what I've seen of people trying it, so far they seem to think it is a fun quest.
That being said I don't think its as difficult as some of you make it out to be. People party in these dungeons all the time (except maybe the last one, but there has to be something in there to throw people off or its no fun). Try the quest yourselves instead of listening to rumors about it that may or may not be true.

You're not allowed to spoil the quest on the forums since some may want to find out for themselves. But you can make a page about it on the heRO wiki if you want to.
