You know, everyone who is coming on here and giving me advice on how to watch PvP without dying is just proving my point:??There are people who enjoy watching PvP without actually participating in the match or wanting to be attacked.??So, why not - someday in the future - have a way of not being able to be attacked???A spectator mode.
I do appreciate your insight, though, and I shall try to affect them.
I was thinking this earlier:
When you click the PvP warper, you are first given the option to participate or merely observe.??Once this choice is made, you are then taken to the usual PvP rooms menu.
Those observing can either have some sort of aura or icon to let others know that they can't be attacked.??Perhaps they can just be rendered completely invisible so as to avoid any possible confusion whatsoever.
There could be another NPC (or maybe just a command) where one can switch from spectator - but not to (that way no one goes into spectator mode to avoid having their ass kicked) - so they can join in the PvP fun without having to log out and return.
Also, Mara, everyone loves a Linker. My Linker is the char I'm most likely to go into PvP with because everyone wants links more than a dead linker. Well... cept the chems.

That's always the problem with my suggestions. I never suggest a cute hat. It's always something that would require a funky script and/or a complete change of the RO system.
