Around the center of the picture, if you see that darker mess on the front of its head. If i count correctly i see 6 eyes, which can be pretty common depending on spider species but i'm sure Jens has a much better way of explaining xD

Will oblige happily. Tarantulas have 8 eyes arranged in two sets of four, located on so-called 'eyehill' at the front of the dorsal side of carapace.
However, these eyes are weak and are usually capable of discerning light, shadow and movement only. Their main sensory apparatus are their setae ("hairs" but not really hairs) covering most of their body. They sense vibrations with extreme precision, including air movement.
