Cart Boost Bug?
Is the description for Cart Boost wrong or is there a bug with Cart Boost? I am losing the buff while in quagmire and can't re-cast it in quagmire. However, the skill description says it shouldnt be affected by such skills.

The description is wrong, quagmire, agi down and such always intervene with Cart boost.
