Those are NPC cutins used in other locations, recycled in Lutia. Our wish is to have unique cutins for the region, thus not having to borrow them from officials.

Also, I wanted to draw more cutins but I'm not sure if I can make it before August 1. If I wanted to submit some, can I just create a forum post for it? Icon_smile

Yep. You can either create a thread on the Art Section or post on the Cutin Art Thread. :D

Also, can you try to make the cutin background be the magenta kind of transparent? Otherwise RO shows a black background. :P (RGB 255-0-255 or Hex: #FF00FF)
