• A bug with the Sex Changer NPC in Geffen was fixed. The NPC will now function properly. Reminder that it requires a GM Service Ticket in exchange for his services.

• Fixed a mistake where Evil Druid had double card drop rate leftover from an old boost, etc.
  
• Removed the "Fireworks Day" NPCs.
  
• Removed several old event/quest mobs to clear up Monster ID spaces (Roma, Jule, Easter Bunny MVP, etc).

• As a minor temporary workaround to the Lord Knight Berserk bug where it cancels the Concentration Skill, the following commonly used gears now cast concentration after using Berserk:
  
  - Ur's Set (Plate, Manteau, Greaves, Seal combo)
  - Two-Handed Dreamstone Sword
  - Two-Handed Chrome Metal Sword
  - Veteran Sword
  - Bloody Eater
  - Muramasa
  - Alca Bringer

• Hatter Updates
  
• Mr Hatter's twisted games have been shortened! He will no longer play Riddles or Trivia, and the zeny gambling has been changed to a fixed 200,000 zeny fee, meaning there are only 3 steps to his games now: Hatter Card Turn-ins, Item Hunting, and a 200k zeny fee.
  
• Mr. Hatter now rewards Old Red Boxes instead of directly giving headgears. These contain all the headgears he previously gave out. This is done to make adding and removing Hatter Hats easier, as GMs previously had to edit the script and wait for a maintenance for the changes to take effect.
  
• The following items have been added to the Hatter's Item Hunting List: Dry Sand, Broken Needles, Kaldian Bream, White Animal Skin, Crumbled Newspaper.
  
• The Hatter now accepts the following cards: Anopheles, Applering, Apocalypse, Armaia, Beholder, Blazzer, Breeze, Brilight, Carat, Chimera, Chepet, Christmas Hylozoist, Cramp, Diabolic, Dragon Egg, Elder, Flower, Greatest General, Gremlin, Grizzly, Lude, Requiem, Mineral, Comodo, Nightmarish Mummy, Phendark, Poison Toad, Ragged Zombie, Retribution, Roda Frog, Sea Otter, Skogul, Stalactic Golem, Stem Worm, Wootan Shooter, Wormtail.
  
• The following cards are no longer "Hatter Cards": Cruiser, Eggyra, Leaf Cat, Nine tail, Venatu
  
• The item requirements for headgear recolors have been lowered drastically from a million herbs to minor misc items and dyestuffs.

  As mentioned before, in addition to the above items (except for the Wigs), these will require 1 or 2 dyestuff depending on the color combination. Example: Ribbon used to require 30 fluff and 100 herbs of a certain color. Now something like green ribbon only requires 5 fluff and 1 Darkgreen Dyestuff, and Orange Ribbon requires the fluff plus 1 Lemon and 1 Scarlet Dyestuff.
  
  Battleground Updates
  
• Hourly BGs can now start during WoE time.
  
• Registration time is now 1 minute instead of 4, and the chatroom entry duration lasts for only 10 seconds.
  
• The bug where non-nobles were charged 0z should now be fixed. The normal fee should be 3,000z, while the noble fee is 1,500.
  
• The Izlude BG Kafra's storage is now accessible while matches are ongoing.
  
• Entering BG no longer dispells all buffs. Now it only gets rid of the following possible party statuses or debuffs: Soul Links, Decrease Agility, Angelus, Kyrie, Lex Aeterna, Gloria, BSS, Assumptio, Chemical Protections, Strip, Wind Walk, Silence, Bleeding, Adrenaline Rush, Full Adrenaline Rush, Weapon Perfection, Overthrust.
  
• Flavius Mode is now only 1 round long, instead of 2-3 rounds long.
  
• Kafra Storage and free Gear Repair NPCs are now available in the Flavius' Mode respawn area.
  
• Flavius' respawn area no longer automatically warps players to the battlefield, allowing for better preparation upon being defeated. For warps, simply talk to the BG Healer.
  
  Bug Fixes
  
• Harthoon, Quah-Nomag and Besmal now leave tombs behind upon their defeat.
  
  Quality of Life & Other Updates
  
• The Kitsune Mask Quest in Payon Dungeon now only requires 99 Nine Tails instead of 999.
  
• The Black Scarf Quest can now be started at Lv 65 and completed by Lv 70.
  
• The White Mask quest in Rachel Sanctuary now requires only 100 white masks instead of 1,000.
  
• Moved the warp from Tessera to the Field 1 cell up, to make it easier to click on it.
  
• The Thanatos Tower Quest now requires 4 players instead of 5 to enter the third floor.

We will have a grace period from now to end of July to allow players to trade Cruiser, Eggyra, Leaf Cat, Nine Tail and Venatu card for Poring cards after these were removed from Mr Hatter's list. Once it's August, we will not trade anymore. Be sure to try to reach out to a GM within this month!

• Whisper Mask - Added to whisper at 0.36%
  
• Golden and Silver Tiara - Already dropped by Princess and Rosequeen Lif.
  
• Valkyrie Feather Band - Already obtainable from Valkyrie (Miniboss).
  
• Red Glasses - Already obtainable from Fae Specter.
  
• Purple Velvet Hat - Available via a quest in Faeheim.
  
• Santa Poring Cap - Added to Santa Poporing at 0.15% and Santa Snowring at 0.36%.
  
• Bird Nest Hat - Already obtainable from Wood Goblin.
  
• Sunflower Hairpin - Available via a quest in Faeheim.
  
• Flapping Angel Wing - Already dropped by Skeggiold.

• Backpack update
  
• Marin and Poporing Backpack's drop rate was increased from 0.15% to 0.30%.
  
• The drop rate of Aquaring, Sapling and Nekoring Backpack's was increased from 0.21%, 0.21% and 0.15% respectively, to 0.30%. Now all 4 main property backpacks have the same drop rate, matching Mooring Backpack's.
  
• Archangeling Backpack's drop rate was increased to 0.60%.
  
  Other Updates
  
• Teddyring Card now properly makes honey heal more SP.
  
• The Fortuna weapon shop now sells Six Shooter [1].
