How about 70+ hours hunting drainliars and now knowing that I wasted the time.

I did warn that the SVN came with all sorts of changes, including some monster/maps being harder. Everyone seemed eager to get the new stuff and ready to accept both positive and negative changes.

Gravity changed it, so eAthena made the change on their SVN and now we update the SVN so it's here. This change dates to a while back, just be happy you had the possibility to level more easily on those maps for many months.

Thats so vague though.

I wouldn't have spent that time (I did it 2 weeks ago) hunting the cards if I knew it was going to change.

I'm very upset right now, a lot of this may be because I am upset, but I need to find training.

The thing I am most upset is, the good training spots are gone. I don't have time like most players to just sit and level all day, so I can't deal with it being harder, because I simply won't level.

I'm sorry you feel that way, but leveling has not suddenly become impossible, a little harder maybe but not that much, try to keep a positive attitude :\

When I started playing RO, seals or soils didn't even exist and we still found ways to level back then.

Seal isn't so bad by the way, it's just no longer a place for 5-6 people to level at real fast anymore since they have a respawn time. If you put drainliar cards in your weapon, consider going to Anolian instead, they are water monster as well and there is 60 of them on cmd_fild03 map.

Sage can train at Anolians no prob, I have done it several times before. Prof gets it even better training there but that takes time too :]

Also you have ice dungeon now so you got it really good now actually.
