The point is to give trans something a little more (and extended classes).
You've already gone through the grind, usually by the time you're a trans its just like, with the creator, getting more alche points and creating pots.
I hope everyone understands what I am saying...I'm a little out of it (hint hint)

Why not make a growing wings?
A clear example, we'll take Aaron's idea:
Mage:
3 Def, 2mdef, unrefineable (if not given mdef effect, then make refineable wings)
-3% more sp (helps with soul change) or
-1 int (double bolters would love this one)
Wizard:
6 Def, 5mdef, unrefineable (if not given mdef effect, then make refineable wings)
That one is a bit weak so there would probably be an extra added effect such as...
-5% more sp (helps with soul change) or
-3 int
- 3 dex
Professor:
6 Def, 5mdef, unrefineable (if not given mdef effect, then make refineable wings)
-Add a chance for a gemstone to drop when killing a monster (similar to sageworm card)
That one is a bit weak so there would probably be an extra added effect such as...

In other words, class 1-1 can use the wings but would get a minimal bonus from it. When you change class to 2-1 or 2-2, you get the real bonuses of the wings. And each class would get different bonuses (Knight would get say, str and vit, while Sader gets int and dex? be creative). And the real potential of the wings show when you become a trans class.
The increment in the wings' power can be anything from:
- Higher % of an item dropping as you advance in class.
- More stat bonus (+1 str as 1-1, +2 str as 2-x, +3 str as trans)
You get the idea?

As much as Namin? is always in favor of her superior item farming equipment empire, Namin? will have to wonder if the wings are intended to be a potential game-ending equipment, or is it just to assist in training, farming items that the class needs? This will completely change how the stats of each wing should be.
Item producing for class specific purposes can be rather tough to balance too. Namin? always thought that the alchemist card combo is pretty bad if it's not for its ability to make stems and glistening coat out of nowhere every time. Making items are comparing them to potential existing card effects or even card combos... It can be tough to balance (especially the poison bottle, for example in the SinX wing.) Same for gemstones versus existing sage combo or sage worm too.
To avoid complication in how to make so many tiers of "increasingly better items" (if this idea is implemented), it's best to take Mr. Frogboy's advice and take out the 1-1 classes... they don't last very long compare to being a 2-1/2-2 or trans, and really they don't need an effect. It's hard enough to think of so many effects, on top of making the scripting process even longer too.
Not all the time does it have to be a totally new item between non-trans and trans... why not just increase percentages of item droprate? say, from 5% to 15% for non-trans/trans, as an example? The less variety of item the wings make, the easier they are to balance.
Well... if item is indeed how it goes... then maybe...?
wizard -> red gems
high wizard -> red gems, boosted chances
sage -> yellow gem
professor -> yellow gem, cobwebs, boosted chances
priest -> blue gems
high priest -> blue gems, holy water, boosted chances
monk -> chewy ricecake
champion -> chewy ricecake, str food?, boosted chances
assassin -> agi, luck food
assassin cross -> bee stings, venom canine, cactus needle (high rate)
(it's just the 3 not valuable, but extremely annoying component of poison bottle. Not making bottles directly protects those karvo's economy, along with what creators can sell considering that alchemists' potion market is already weakened by fish.)
rogue -> dex food
stalker -> dex food, boosted chances
knight -> authoritative badge
lord knight -> authoritative badge, boosted chances
crusader -> vit food, rainbow cake
paladin -> vit food, rainbow cake, boosted chances
blacksmith -> steel
whitesmith -> steel, rough oridecon
(it makes cards like giant hornet look even more horrible than they do, along with taking out mining quest, if they can produce the elemental material... Namin? is strongly against elemental ores on wings.)
alchemist -> cactus needle/mole whisker
creator -> mole whisker/witch starsand, boosted chances
(just no experience for Namin? to comment on this one... how will this affect the worth of the alchemist card combo? Namin? only suggested the items needed to make condensed potions here.)
hunter -> iron arrow quiver, traps
sniper -> elemental arrow quiver, traps, oridecon arrow
bard & dancer -> iron/steel arrow quiver
clown & gypsy -> elemental arrow quiver, oridecon arrow
taekwon -> sesame pastry, low chance
soul linker -> sesame pastry, rainbow cake
star gladiator -> sesame pastry, honey pastry
ninja -> ninja's elemental stones
gunner -> the 3 different bullet casings
Or of course, if the existing selection of atk/matk/stat boosting items are insufficient to heRO's needs, guess can always make a few custom ones? Sort of weird how there's great food item like +30 hit, +30 flee but no food that really increases atk or matk too much (rainbow cake is +10 to each, but no food only boosts one of them, etc)

I was thinking of end game items.
The idea is to give each class a huge boost in one area of their playability, but cut them elsewhere.
Like for example, my idea for the creator wings would be a huge boost in potion ingredients, but your attack would be reduced tremendously.
Or for Champion wings, you get a hefty 10% chance of regaining 100% SP of the damage dealt with an attack, but your ASPD is dropped.
I mean its all just ideas I've had, and they're open for change.
I really like some of the item drop ideas though, especially the sin-x ideas.
I've tested the Champion wings on a test server, they work, but I can't tell if they're balanced with nothing to pit them against.

instead of Bgems, acos should get sp recovery items, and get Bgems as priest since they have rez instead of just warp portal
