Maybe you can raise the time limit a little, I think 2 minutes is almost nice but still not much, specially if you use the "unlimited pots" rule, some people might just attack waiting for the oponent's pots to end or something like that or spam pots until the fight end, there're some good strategies using time/pots relations. Somewhere around 3 minutes is great already imo.

(~3 for swordsmans beacause of the passive skill increasing their effectivness? I don't know.)
Blue pots : one or two
bombs: something like 15-20 per fight
Homuns: allowed, but not allowed to be raised
speed pot: 1 per fight (so that professors can dispell it)
Those are all the points i found to be good/reasonable in the Thread so Far.
I am all up for 3 Min Matches, 1 ASPD pot per match sounds good, I say more Green potions, around 10 - Lex Divina is Hax enough as it is, making a class loose its skills is... meh. But Of course there are Marduk Cards so i think giving you the ability to kills Lex with Green pots is just wrong if a little change of Gear can kill it already.
Homun are cool, but no Homun Res.
