I'm sorry, but did you mean the New World will be accessible as a "byproduct of Continental Guard Quest" (one where you have to defeat Satan Morroc) or "byproduct of Onward to the New World Quest (one where you don't have to kill anything MVP-like)"?

According to irowiki the second one opens the New World, not the first one.

The New World will be accessible via a temporary Warp. For the quest, I'll let Ayu answer you more than just this.

On the 15th of Aug, we'll push for a simple temporary 'random warp in the ground' quest-less approach to enter and exit the New World (there will not be save and warp npc that allows you to go there yet.) Players will have free access to the Manuk fields and Splendide fields much earlier than the last estimation date of early September. When quest is ready, the temperate warp will disappear and players can enter the new world as part of the quest product of Continental Quest.

With the Ore Downgrade Quest, is it still 1 at a time, or has been it changed back to a maximum of 10 at a time?

will the no-death client be implemented again? same troubles as always with the death-window poping out and you accidentaly warp yourself back to the city.
