Most common problems:

"I can't see skills" -> Your sakray is not up to date.
Solution:
- Download our full installer OR
- Download a fresh Sakray OR
- Update Sakray

"I can't connect but my sakray is up to date" -> You need to patch heRO
Solution:
- Start the heRO patcher

Where can we get the link to the no death window client download? Or is it included with the full installer now?

i can get as far as seeing my character list, when i try to double click them, i get a gravity error.

Correction, its a sakexe error.
I have tried updating it, all it says when i bring up sakray is patch_allow.txt 4/4

Hey, i tried doing what u said with the ""patch_allow" but it 1st, i didn't understand what u mean by change name to "allow".... and second, the only change that happened after i have done all that is the sakray patcher says this: ????????????????????? .???????????????? instead of the Patch_txt 4\4 thingy.. please help

click on it an open it up it will probably say deny, delete and replace with allow and then save it, keep the file named patch_allow.txt
