Not against the rules. But people get banned for intentionally deliberately doing things.

Yea, I wouldn't have the patience to do that with more than 2 merchs, and would be a double edged sword for anyone IN castle who dies, they gotta go through the same thing, so it'd hurt everyone, not just the attackers. .

If you're running Vista x64-encryption, if you have speakers set up, and you use the Realtek audio management system, go to your Task Manager (Ctrl + Alt + Delete > Task Manager), go to the Processes tab, scroll down to svchost.exe that's taking up 100k+ Memory, right-click on it then click "Go To Service(s)". Once on the services tab, click the Services button on the lower right-hand corner and look for the match of the highlighted service in the previous window. Right click on that and reset it (or turn off your speakers xD)
[I found out about this awhile ago and it cleared up my lag quite a bit.]

ALSO (FOR EVERYONE, NOT JUST VISTA USERS): If you go to Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > Administrative and click the button that says System Locale, if it isn't set to English, RO interprets it to be in a different language and will lag depending on your system performance specs[ability to process characters of a different language to effectively match those of the original data in order to run while under that locale]. (I had mine set to Japanese because I play a lot of Japanese language-based games, and it is needed to install/play them effectively, and I lagged incredibly [20-30 second skill/typing lag, etc] when it was set to the Japanese locale. :3)
