Waluigi kicks serious tail in Mario Kart, He's medium build, giving him more versatility in cart choice, for one thing you're not stuck to big slow unaccelerating 0 to 60 in forever carts like his brother Wario, and while they both have the bomb-omb powerup, it is still a very game-swaying strategy

Incidentally, One of my favorite pairings for GC DD is Luigi / Waluigi
