Yeah...I also ended up totally and utterly screwed against that holy knight guy, when you fight him by yourself. I had saved like, when it prompted me before the fight...and it was my only save file Cry

I'm not sure if it counts as an RPG, but I've always loved Cave Story, and guess what? It's 100% free!
