I just started watching anime recently. The ones I have seen are

Princess Mononoke (Love this anime!!)
Spirited Away

Series:

Vandread
Please Teacher
Please Twins
Gundam Wing
Part of Evangelon

I loved The Please series, both of them, and both movies I watched I loved. The VanDread series was also extremly cool. I am trying to get more anime to watch, but the campus internet sucks, and I can only download so fast.

And your right, more fighting is always cool, they should have dragged out Full Metal Alchemist with at least 2 more episodes of just fighting n_n

Yeah, the movies are so cool. Especially Voices of a Distant Star, it's so sweet. Grave of the Fireflies is really sad T_T I cried. And the Evangelion movie was just awesome. Lots of symbolism though , good thing it had a commentary >> <<

If you want more nudity, watch Gantz. The main girl comes out naked a lot -_- Other than that it's really good. Only seen the first 13 episodes, need to watch the rest ><

although my favourite will always be Evangelion and Kenshin Movie (Trust & Betrayal) however these are some of the other animes i like:

Earth Maiden Arjuna
Rahxephone
Love Hina
Basicly all of Ghibli, but if you want me to name my Ghibli Favourites then it has to be Mononoke Hime, Spirited Away, Umi ga Kikoeru, Grave of Fireflies and Kiki's delivery service.
FMA and FMP are good too but i prefer FMA

Doraemon and Patlabor I like cos they bring back lots of childhood memories , and doraemon is proly one of the longest anime that doesnt kill my interest after over 2000 episodes.

Bleach's side stories is horrible, I think they would've done better without them.
