MMOs, What makes you like them?

No game lives up to my standards in the mmo category. If I made my own, hmm.....

>Jobs- many or just a completely sandbox style of job making
>Races
>Gear enhancment system - many many many options
>Stop the grind, give me uber complex random dungeons and the ability to create dungeons
>A story that doesnt consist of 8 thousand npcs telling me 100 different things
>More than 7 elements any less than 7 earns a big thumbs down
>ADD A FREAKIN CARD/MINI GAME - I cant stress this one enough. If I'm tired of the usual in a game give me a reason to continue to log on. A perfect example of this would be like Tetra Master from ff9.
>Last but not least, Costumes, give me a character i can dress up without worrying about ruining his def or stat build.

I know alot of games out there have these features but none of them have them all. I am picky when it comes to my games.

I'd read about legend of the second quite a while ago. It uses the basic RO's job, excluding Merchant classes(Q_Q favorite class ever is no more). The graphics looks nice, but i have no idea how the fights will look like (swing weapon in 1 style, wait, swing weapon in another style, wait, rinse and repeat(as though there's no such thing as ASPD(i'm still amazed when i see 190 ASPD characters, the numbers look delicious))).

Apparently you can change your clothing appearance, but i really don't see much difference, it just slightly infuse their clothing with some other colour.
