Difficulty resetting password

I started on HeRO when there was no e-mail requirement, and you could just type M_account for a male account name, F_account for a female account name. Well now I can't remember my password, and it takes exact caps, and I can't request a new password be sent to my e-mail address or whatever need be.

Are they supposed to send a confirmation e-mail as soon as you open a ticket, or should I try again? I did not get an e-mail

They should contact you soon I hope your problem gets resolved. Try making another account for now and find a GM ingame?

Well, we can't register with the M_/F_ method anymore thanks to those hackers last year.

besides, almost everyone have multiple accounts. Knock yourself out with a new one first.

The change requiring emails to be attached to accounts happened several months before the server was attacked, and was announced in advance to happen on a set date a couple of months before it was changed.

As was said, put in a support ticket, as email attaching is not something we can all do.



As for the find ingame suggestion, in this case, we'd request you put in a ticket anyway, as we can't do anything ingame in this case.

There has been no reply on my ticket... I'm getting a little disappointed and may file a higher priority ticket soon. I got a PM informing me that my account was used in a trade and that they wanted my Kafra PIN, so I'm assuming I"ve had my account stolen..

Pandora replied to my ticket, but I still need help. She believes I shared my account and after I departed for a while.. the person I shared with took my account and traded it. But I don't account share with anyone... never have.

Tbh, i think you are in a nasty situation here... We all know account sharing is at own risk and not recommanded by the GM's, but i dont have to tell you that. But how can you proof you never shared your account/pass with someone
