The percentage was more that 30%.

I calculated, and oddly enough, if Light had won mass battle, the percentage of people to get wings would have been about 2 or 3% off of the normal aim.

Slaves of the other mobs.

As the descriptions mention, Poppy Seed was a slave of Puff Sushi and Shock Trooper a slave of Soylent Queen.
