Trivia: Occasional Holidays part 1

There are holidays that always have a dedicated quest every year on heRO, such as Christmas and Easter, but other holidays we celebrate only occasionally. Usually it depends on having a gm who wants to host a special event or write a quest. Here are a few examples.

St-Patrick

On various years GM would visit players out in the fields/dungeon and reward them for wearing green (or pinch them otherwise?) we also had mini-quests in 2011 and 2012.


Thanksgiving


For this holiday we mostly did events, such as "Turkey Run" and "Pilgrimage" (featured above). In 2018 we had the Runaway Turkey quest.


Chinese New Year / Lunar Year


Our first Lunar Year Quest was released in 2013 for the year of the Snake, players had to help the zodiac animals. We had a new quest the following year for the Horse. In 2016 we celebrated the Year of the Monkey with yet another quest.
