You don't have to have any specific class to buy the pack, however the hats themselves are restricted to their 1-1 respective class (example the sniper goggle can be worn by a level 95 archer, hunter, bard, dancer, sniper, clown, gypsy).

I checked the script for the Grand Peco Hair Band, and it increases damage on all Orcs except for Orc Lord and Orc Hero by 15%.

Character transfer might be added later as gm service costing 2 or 3 services, we'll see how it goes with these first (of course we tested it already, we didn't encounter any problem so far).

i guess character xfer means you cannot transfer anything else other than zod and bee wing uh. else you can kinda stock some gears in the char and then transfer them all lolll

Zodiac wont be transfered, only bee and lucifer lament so far, and only if the quest was done on that char.
