I'm going to go out on a limb and say, you're out of luck and you paid what you paid. Refunds are not going to be given to veteran players.

PS: as for the removal of entry cost imho there are possible repercussions that may need to be discussed first such as (even more) freeloading participants.

+1 Even though i've been here forever, this was just well thought out. Yes I've been here for a long time I don't really get involved with a lot of collabos and I recently started BG'ing, and to be honest this is what it needs. Sucks for the other people who had to tough it out but hey changes are a good/bad thing sometimes.

The point that old people may feel punished doesnt really make sense bc theyll profit from cheaper future weapon upgrades too.

The only balance issue is those items that have great allaround pvm applications ,so stuff like glor ring should stay expensive imo

id prefer freeloaders over constant cancellations.
Unless 1v1 gets implemented every bg player counts.
Also attitude isnt necessarily tied to wealth, saw enough poorly geared players put up good fights and saw way too much hax gear people afk bc they didnt like their odds.

With the BG points increased, technically all the gears is cheaper. I'd say rather play this out a bit or no massive reductions in the point cost for gears.
