But I have 2 questions:

1- Thor's Volcano is coming out without Ifrit, but can we get all drops form the monsters, including cards?
2- There are some places that still don't have cards, like Rachel and Ice Dungeon. Are we getting chance for these cards soon?

The Thor Volcano will drop their items, but not cards yet. You can already use @mi / @whodrops on the monsters to see what precisely is dropping and what is not.

The newest cards will be added in a future svn update (after we're done with phase 10 then we'll work on that).

Not to be too much trouble, but could we add in a placeholder item at card-droprate, that can be traded for the card when they are implemented?

I would fully understand if this were too much work, though.

Doing that for thors, and not doing that for ice dungeon back then especially with all the people training there, will just cause someone to scream unfair at the 5 potential ice titan/siroma/etc card~ especially the rachel sanctuary ones which are all very powerful in effect too.

IF the GMs do decide that the place holder idea is indeed worthwhile, i dont think that the people screaming "unfair at the 5 potential ice titan/siroma/etc card~..." should be any reason to stop the implementation.

basically i never felt the fact that people weren't able to use something earlier (thus deeming it "unfair") should ever be a reason to hold back improving an aspect of the server.
