Naruto anime

I thought Naruto started out kinda cool *in the manga*...but it got wayyyyyyy too long for no reason after awhile. I mean I kinda can't blame the poor manga creators for doing such filler stories and things cause they get paid like CRAP in Japan for their works and a lot of their income comes from animes and merchandise that is made...

So blame the manga publishers for not paying manga artists enough money as to why this crap happens in the first place :]

Naruto is a great anime, but it's better if you watch the original japanese. The english version is not so great. Naruto FTW!!

Just to clear things up, it's unlikely that Naruto copied Cowboy Bebop.

The reason? Cowboy Bebop copied Bruce Lee. It's a technique called rotoscoping, where animators take live-action footage and trace over it. Many of Cowboy Bebop's fight scenes were rotoscoped or at least influenced by Bruce Lee fights. If anything, though, I'd look at it as more of an homage than copying; Spike Spiegal is very heavily influenced by Bruce Lee as it is, which includes his fighting style and view on martial arts. He's even a follower of Jeet Kune Do, a martial art created by Bruce Lee.

ANYWAY, back to the point. From what little I've seen of Naruto, they've used other Bruce Lee fights, too. So I think it's more a case of the animators for both shows being Bruce Lee fans. =P

The manga isnt half bad (they are not ninjas anymore.)
but im not feeling the hole DBZ style huge explosions.

I loved Naruto when it first came out, then it got too long and too boring and I lost interest after eps 90 (japanese ones) but that was funny seeing the exact same moves on 2 different animes lol

but yea, I agree the japanese was better, but I lost interest in all of the fillers, and then they made Shippuden, I watched a few episodes, and never could get into it again =/
