how big are both parts? It could very well be one part didn't download properly.

ok now im getting binkw32.dll error. I can get as far as the hero startup screen but once the patch finishes then it tells me that and doesnt go farther than that lol. Maybe it wasnt ment to be O.O

Seems very unlucky in the installation process. Can you post a new screenshot of your RO folder + one of the error?
