It's nice. I would however be careful with the white transparency on the tk image ^_^

The phrase "Only one chance" should either be completely in the lower picture or completely in the top picture so it is easier to read. Maybe all of the text could use a black outline for increased visibility. The white transparency stuff should probably be fixed as well. Notice the transparent holes in the M_TK's knee, F_TK's chest and legs, and the book behind them both. All of that should be filled in with white.

Needs a bit of polish but otherwise it's nice.

Pretty good, I'd recommend a better transition between the pictures, maybe even a simple blur.
